OVERVIEW

Avrio is a genuine epic, worthy of its Greek location. A sprawling, impeccably designed estate for up to 23 guests, it offers lucky visitors direct access to a private beach, endless sea views from the large pool and outdoor kitchen, and even an at-home gym with its own climbing wall.

THE BEDROOMS

Eight spacious bedrooms offer guests comfort and rest. All designed with the clean white lines of the Cyclades in mind, they are beautiful spaces in which to unwind after a busy day exploring the island. Younger guests will love the quirky dormitory-style room.

Bedroom 2 has a super-King bed and en-suite shower (with space for a small extra bed if required)

Bedroom 7 has two super-King bunk bed and two King bunk beds and an en-suite bath

Bedroom 8 has three single beds (can be moved to make one double and a single) and an en-suite shower

ENTERTAINING AREAS & FACILITIES

Expect impeccably designed entertaining areas, inside and out, sea views at every turn, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing, self-catered Greek island holiday. Avrio has two live-in housekeepers (with their own separate apartment and entrance), who are on hand to help with any questions you might have during your stay, as well taking care of the cleaning, gardening, and general maintenance.

With copious amounts of nature and endless blue seas to take your breath away, Zakynthos is a true summer escape. AIRPORT INFORMATION

The airport code for Zakynthos is ZTH and is around a 45-minute – 1 hour drive from all of our villas.

FROM THE UK

There are direct flights from a large number of airports including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, and Edinburgh. Skyscanner is a great place to look at availability from all of these locations.

FROM OTHER EUROPEAN CITIES

Zakynthos is just an hour’s flight from Athens. There are direct flights to Athens from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland and plenty more European destinations.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Guests venturing from further afield have a little extra travelling to do but it’s still feasible to get to Zakynthos from anywhere in the world. Guests travelling from the USA can hop on a number of direct flights to Europe from either Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Orlando, Seattle, or Washington. There are also flights to Europe from major cities in Canada and South America.

International flights to Europe from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand are also frequent. The best port of call is to find a direct flight to London or Athens, and take a direct flight to Zakynthos.

FROM NEARBY ISLANDS

For those who are hopping between the Greek islands, ferries from neighbouring island Kefalonia regularly arrive at the nearby port of Agios Nikolaos which is no more than a 15-minute drive to the majority of our villas. Our Concierge service can arrange for your hire car to be picked up there.
