Created by the founders of The Peligoni Club, Indigo Rock is a boutique villa lettings agency, whose mission is to grow our curated collection of exceptionally designed villas, all of which tell their own story. We are looking for villas in incredible locations that meet our quality and design standards. We are growing our carefully hand picked portfolio to include properties we know work with high paying guests.

Marketing Your Villa
Our large audience was primarily built organically across both The Peligoni Club and Sand & Stone Escapes. Indigo Rock is the middle ground between the two brands, enticing guests of Sand & Stone Escapes to explore the same quality and experience abroad, and guests of Peligoni seeking more of a villa experience in different locations. Our marketing aims to attract those who are looking for quality and those prepared to pay for it. In addition to organically growing a new audience, we capitalise on the
insights garnered from our loyal existing audiences to give something new and exciting from a brand they know and love.

Imagery is vital, so we ensure you have top quality shots of your property to make it stand out online. We work with our in-house Content Creator and Photographer to capture your villa in its best light. With imagery playing a key role in capturing people’s attention today, we ensure they deliver eye-catching shots of your property to make it stand out and get people enquiring.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Social Media cannot be ignored as a key driver in bookings and enquiries for your property. With people increasingly looking to social media for travel inspiration, we aim to keep our content fresh, interesting, and inspiring. We keep abreast of updates and trends to keep the brand relevant and prominent. With a select collection of properties, we ensure each property gets frequent airtime and focus. We maintain regular exposure for your property to Indigo Rock’s growing online audience and we utilise the well-established platforms of our sister companies whose combined audience is 50k and counting.

Our regular newsletter features property highlights, local area highlights and regular availability updates. We pride ourselves on the fact our readers have taken the time to
personally sign up with us, in order to receive our beautifully presented, well written newsletters that balance storytelling with a sales focus.
PR & COVERAGE
We work with specialised travel PR representatives who pitch Indigo Rock to journalists to secure coverage across top publications. In addition to this we arrange trips for journalists to visit and review the villas for coverage. ONLINE PRESENCE
Searching online is undeniably the way people find a holiday. A beautiful website will go amiss if people aren’t finding it, which is why it is important to stay ahead of the game when it comes to Search Engine Optimisation and targeted advertising. So, we work with a fantastic company, UMI Digital, who specialise in putting these practices into place, so our website and your villa are easily found by guests online.

Our UK based sales and marketing team work closely with our villa managers and concierge teams abroad to deliver effective management and operation of your property.
BEN SHEARER / MANAGING DIRECTOR
As Managing Director of Indigo Rock and its sister companies, Sand & Stone Escapes and The Peligoni Club, Ben Shearer oversees the management, operation and development of the company. With an MA in fine art from Rhode Island school of Design, Ben has spent the last ten years overseeing the growth and development of two boutique travel companies along with a few renovation projects under his belt. Over the last few years Ben has worked with our property owners to bring out the best in their second homes abroad, advising on price, management and positioning.
ALEXANDRA SOUTHWARD / HEAD OF MARKETING
Alex oversees all the marketing at Indigo Rock which primarily involves managing the PR, advertising and brand image of the business. After gaining a degree in the History of Art at Edinburgh University, Alex went on to study Mandarin and settle in the city of Shanghai for 5 years. Here she worked in PR, branding and advertising for clients such as Porsche, Johnson & Johnson and UnionPay before returning to London
MILLIE FOX / PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Millie is the first port of call for signing new properties up to Indigo Rock and Sand & Stone Escapes, ensuring a straightforward onboarding, set up and running of all properties in the portfolio, as well as finding new owners and villas for the Peligoni Group. Since studying Italian at the University of Bristol, Millie has gained over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, across all continents and has a strong understanding of the workings of private villa rentals and hotels. Millie joined the Peligoni Group in 2022 and works closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth running of the business.
