Thea - Sleeps 6

Named after the Greek goddess of sight and vision for its sweeping sea vistas and elevated hillside position, Thea sits on a private estate dotted with olive trees and sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.

Thea has a Sunday changeover.

Thea can also be booked alongside its nearby sister properties, Ilios (sleeps 6) and Dassos (sleeps 8), to accommodate larger groups.

The three double bedrooms are simple, understated and enjoy sea views. Two of the rooms are accessed by external entrances with direct access to the pool, and the third master bedroom sits on the first floor with a feature alcove window seat – perfect for soaking up those soul-soothing scenery. All of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and can be made into twins on request.

First Floor
Master bedroom is a twin/double room with an en-suite shower room.

Ground Floor
Bedroom 2 is a twin/double room with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 is a twin/double room with an en-suite shower room.

Please note that bedrooms 2 and 3 are accessed by separate external entrances and are not connected to the main house.

The open-plan living space is made up of swish new appliances, raw earthy materials and a pared back palette of whitewashed walls and eggshell blue window frames. Here, you’ll find everything you need for rustling up meals at your villa, as well as space for relaxing and unwinding in style. From here, let the sweeping sea views lead you outdoors to the alfresco dining area, taking centre stage underneath the bamboo-covered veranda overlooking the pool.

With copious amounts of nature and endless blue seas to take your breath away, Zakynthos is a true summer escape. Indigo Rock properties reside in the untouched northern areas which feel far removed from the rest of the world. Here you’ll discover peaceful coves, pretty hilltops and a tranquil Greek island life – a marked contrast to the buzz of the island’s popular southern resorts. For a deeper dive into the beautiful island, view our Local Area Guide.

Whether you’re visiting from the UK, nearby Greek islands or a little further afield, click the link below to find out everything you need to know when travelling to Greece.

The airport code for Zakynthos is ZTH and is around a 45-minute – 1 hour drive from all of our villas.

There are direct flights from a large number of airports including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, and Edinburgh. Skyscanner is a great place to look at availability from all of these locations.

Zakynthos is just an hour’s flight from Athens. There are direct flights to Athens from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland and plenty more European destinations.

Guests venturing from further afield have a little extra travelling to do but it’s still feasible to get to Zakynthos from anywhere in the world. Guests travelling from the USA can hop on a number of direct flights to Europe from either Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Orlando, Seattle, or Washington. There are also flights to Europe from major cities in Canada and South America.

International flights to Europe from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand are also frequent. The best port of call is to find a direct flight to London or Athens, and take a direct flight to Zakynthos.

For those who are hopping between the Greek islands, ferries from neighbouring island Kefalonia regularly arrive at the nearby port of Agios Nikolaos which is no more than a 15-minute drive to the majority of our villas. Our Concierge service can arrange for your hire car to be picked up there.
