OVERVIEW

The Kostas cottages are a brilliant option for those looking for a small, reasonably priced cottage just a short walk away from the port. An old favourite amongst our guests, the Kostas cottages are a brilliant option for those looking for a cosy, reasonably priced cottage with a private pool. Kostas 3 has a Sunday changeover.

Set amongst the olive groves set back from the road, you won’t find anything at this price-point with such a nice, relaxed vibe and proximity to the coast. The Kostas Cottages work brilliantly for a single family, and they have everything you need to ensure a comfortable place to lay your head. They are also nicely sociable, there is a central courtyard and communal BBQ, and the other three cottages can be taken by friends and family to make a great family holiday location.

There are four Kostas Cottages in total. Kostas 3 has one Master double bedroom and two single sofa beds in the living room, perfect for a small family.

Kostas 3 has an open-plan living room. There’s a small kitchen with everything you’ll need, accompanied by a dining table to seat everyone. A spacious living room accommodates two extra people with two sofa beds. A sofa sits by the patio doors, which opens out to the terrace where you’ll find the outside dining table overlooking the pool and sea.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS

The cottage has a private pool, sunbeds and a terrace. It also shares a BBQ with the other cottages, along with a small children’s play area. Located within a charming olive grove and a walk away from the port, Kostas are the perfect charming little cottages. Your own slice of “Mamma-Mia”!

LOCATION INFORMATION

With copious amounts of nature and endless blue seas to take your breath away, Zakynthos is a true summer escape. Indigo Rock properties reside in the untouched northern areas which feel far removed from the rest of the world. AIRPORT INFORMATION

The airport code for Zakynthos is ZTH and is around a 45-minute – 1 hour drive from all of our villas.

FROM THE UK

There are direct flights from a large number of airports including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, and Edinburgh. Skyscanner is a great place to look at availability from all of these locations.

FROM OTHER EUROPEAN CITIES

Zakynthos is just an hour’s flight from Athens. There are direct flights to Athens from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland and plenty more European destinations.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Guests venturing from further afield have a little extra travelling to do but it’s still feasible to get to Zakynthos from anywhere in the world. Guests travelling from the USA can hop on a number of direct flights to Europe from either Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Orlando, Seattle, or Washington. There are also flights to Europe from major cities in Canada and South America.

International flights to Europe from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand are also frequent. The best port of call is to find a direct flight to London or Athens, and take a direct flight to Zakynthos.

FROM NEARBY ISLANDS

For those who are hopping between the Greek islands, ferries from neighbouring island Kefalonia regularly arrive at the nearby port of Agios Nikolaos which is no more than a 15-minute drive to the majority of our villas. Our Concierge service can arrange for your hire car to be picked up there.
