OVERVIEW

Villa Kleila is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a villa within close proximity to the port. A 10-minute drive away, Klelia features stunning views of the rocky landscape down to the sea across two separate buildings.

Klelia has a Saturday changeover.

With a bohemian style, and great entertaining space, this lovely villa is extremely popular.

THE BEDROOMS

Villa Klelia can sleep up to 9 guests across four bedrooms ranging in double, triple and twin making it the ideal choice for a group of friends or family.

MAIN HOUSE
Master bedroom is a double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite (with an additional single bed).

These share a large balcony overlooking the pool with views down to the sea.

ANNEX BUILDING*
Bedroom 3 is a twin/double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 4 is a twin/double room with an en-suite.

These are fixed double frames but have separate mattresses when twins are required.

*Please note, the annex is separate from the main house and may not be suitable for young children.

Downstairs in the main house is an open-plan kitchen and living area with doors leading out to the terrace and pool with lovely views towards the sea. The villa also has a BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor seating perfect for homemade pizzas with children or late summer evenings between friends.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS

Klelia’s pretty hillside location is surrounded by Cypress trees, just a short distance from the sea. The outdoor seating area and BBQ is located next to the pool, overlooking the sea. The pool measures 9m x 4.5m.

Over two levels, the outdoor areas have natural shade from the cypress trees. Take a peaceful snooze in the hammock, or sit out on the upstairs balcony and watch the world go by.

With copious amounts of nature and endless blue seas to take your breath away, Zakynthos is a true summer escape. Indigo Rock properties reside in the untouched northern areas which feel far removed from the rest of the world. AIRPORT INFORMATION

The airport code for Zakynthos is ZTH and is around a 45-minute – 1 hour drive from all of our villas.

FROM THE UK

There are direct flights from a large number of airports including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, and Edinburgh. Skyscanner is a great place to look at availability from all of these locations.

FROM OTHER EUROPEAN CITIES

Zakynthos is just an hour’s flight from Athens. There are direct flights to Athens from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland and plenty more European destinations.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Guests venturing from further afield have a little extra travelling to do but it’s still feasible to get to Zakynthos from anywhere in the world. Guests travelling from the USA can hop on a number of direct flights to Europe from either Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Orlando, Seattle, or Washington. There are also flights to Europe from major cities in Canada and South America.

International flights to Europe from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand are also frequent. The best port of call is to find a direct flight to London or Athens, and take a direct flight to Zakynthos.

FROM NEARBY ISLANDS

For those who are hopping between the Greek islands, ferries from neighbouring island Kefalonia regularly arrive at the nearby port of Agios Nikolaos which is no more than a 15-minute drive to the majority of our villas. Our Concierge service can arrange for your hire car to be picked up there.
