OVERVIEW

Once an old ruin at the end of a dirt road, this stunning villa is completely encompassed by nature, nestled among hundreds of olive, almond and cork trees. The modern architecture is dominated by strong lines, white walls and concrete, creating a bold effect in the natural environment. Casa Luum can be booked alone or alongside its sister property, Casa Agostos.

Casa Luum has a Saturday changeover.

THE BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The 4 bedrooms are modern and minimal yet refined in design and décor. The white walls and concrete floors create a neutral palette, with the addition of wood and textiles to add warmth.

ENTERTAINING AREAS & FACILITIES

The kitchen features a large cooking island, while the outdoor patio space is strategically placed nearby for enjoying meals outside. On the upper level, the living room connects with the back garden and a huge rooftop terrace with stunning views of the surrounding nature reserve.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS

The relaxing sound of water from the fountain makes it the perfect place to hang out, read a book or just enjoy the sun. Natural stone has been used to construct a private pool in the villa’s courtyard, semi-enclosed by architecturally striking walls.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival and is non-refundable.
A security deposit of £700 is required via a card pre-authorisation.

Bed linen and towels are included in this pricing.

LOCATION INFORMATION

A beautiful coastal location doused in glorious sun for many months of the year, the Algarve is a popular destination with outstanding beauty. Dotted with whitewashed fishing villages overlooking sandy coves and resplendent orange groves, this varied terrain plays host to the most wonderful holiday.

We strongly advise hiring a car for the duration of your holiday. This can be done via our Concierge service.

AIRPORT INFORMATION

The airport code for Faro is FAO and is around a 20-minute drive from Casa Luum. The airport code for Lisbon is LIS and around a 2 hour and 30 minute-drive from Casa Luum.

FROM THE UK

There are direct flights from a large number of airports including London, Bristol, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Aberdeen, Belfast and more. Skyscanner is a great place to look at availability from all of these locations.

FROM OTHER EUROPEAN CITIES

There are direct flights to Faro from Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris and plenty more European destinations.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Guests venturing from further afield have a little extra travelling to do but it’s still feasible to get to Faro from anywhere in the world. Guests travelling from the USA can hop on a number of direct flights to Europe. There are also flights to Europe from major cities in Canada and South America.

International flights to Europe from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand are also frequent. The best port of call is to find a direct flight to London or Lisbon, then take a connecting flight to Faro or hire a car for the 2.5hr journey to the Algarve.
