Allegra, new for 2022, is a modern villa with striking design and stylish interiors. It has an excellent open-plan kitchen for entertaining, a fresh water infinity pool and plenty of secluded outdoor space. Designed and finished to a high standard, with not a single detail being left unforgotten, Allegra is perfect for design savvy guests.


Allegra sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and has a Saturday changeover.

This villa is the little sister to neighbouring villa, Livadi. The villas can be taken individually or together, for larger groups.


Allegra sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with its own balcony. Bedroom 2 has a super-king bed that can be made into twins. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Master Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 2 is a twin/double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds with an en-suite.

All en-suites have showers.


A marvellous property for entertaining, with vast bright living and outdoor areas. You’ll find a large outdoor dining table on the terrace, perfect for feasting whilst admiring the pretty hillside views. Inside, there’s an island-bar with stools, coming in handy for social evening tipples or solitary morning coffees.

Allegra’s stylish sliding doors open up onto a patio terrace space with outdoor dining under a pergola and a BBQ. Follow the decked terrace around to the fresh water infinity pool, where there’s another shaded pergola and sun loungers aplenty.

With copious amounts of nature and endless blue seas to take your breath away, Zakynthos is a true summer escape. The airport code for Zakynthos is ZTH and is around a 45-minute – 1 hour drive from all of our villas.


There are direct flights from a large number of airports including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, and Edinburgh. Skyscanner is a great place to look at availability from all of these locations.


Zakynthos is just an hour’s flight from Athens. There are direct flights to Athens from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland and plenty more European destinations.


Guests venturing from further afield have a little extra travelling to do but it’s still feasible to get to Zakynthos from anywhere in the world. Guests travelling from the USA can hop on a number of direct flights to Europe from either Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Orlando, Seattle, or Washington. There are also flights to Europe from major cities in Canada and South America.

International flights to Europe from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand are also frequent. The best port of call is to find a direct flight to London or Athens, and take a direct flight to Zakynthos.


For those who are hopping between the Greek islands, ferries from neighbouring island Kefalonia regularly arrive at the nearby port of Agios Nikolaos which is no more than a 15-minute drive to the majority of our villas. Our Concierge service can arrange for your hire car to be picked up there.
