There are 6 en-suite bedrooms, all with super-king beds that can be split into twins if required. The enticing Master Suite has a private terrace with sweeping sea views and a luxury bathroom.
First Floor
The Master Suite is a super-king / twin room with a private terrace overlooking the sea and an en-suite bathroom fitted with twin basins, a bath and large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 is a super-king / twin room with a private balcony overlooking the sea and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3 is a super-king / twin room with a private outdoor space and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Ground Floor
Bedroom 4 is a super-king / twin room with French doors leading out onto the surrounding terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 5 is a super-king / twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 6 is a separate super-king / twin room that is accessed from the outside only and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Inside Kallista, there’s an expansive open-plan living hub with a sitting, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has been refurbished to the highest standard and includes an island, breakfast bar, two full-size fridge freezers and an oversized oven. From the covered terrace, descend the impressive staircase to the tempting pool; surrounded by floating sunbeds, wicker seats hanging from the trees and glorious landscaped gardens dotted with olive trees. Adjacent to the pool you’ll find the ultimate outdoor kitchen and dining set-up where you can expect all the delights of a drinks bar, gas barbecue and wood fired pizza oven.
There’s also a well kept lawned area that’s great for little ones or a spot of a yoga, and above the house there’s a large secluded courtyard with shaded seating and a table tennis table.

AIRPORT INFORMATION
The airport code for Zakynthos is ZTH and is around a 45-minute – 1 hour drive from all of our villas.
FROM THE UK
There are direct flights from a large number of airports including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, and Edinburgh. Skyscanner is a great place to look at availability from all of these locations.
FROM OTHER EUROPEAN CITIES
Zakynthos is just an hour’s flight from Athens. There are direct flights to Athens from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland and plenty more European destinations.
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
Guests venturing from further afield have a little extra travelling to do but it’s still feasible to get to Zakynthos from anywhere in the world. Guests travelling from the USA can hop on a number of direct flights to Europe from either Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Orlando, Seattle, or Washington. There are also flights to Europe from major cities in Canada and South America.
International flights to Europe from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand are also frequent. The best port of call is to find a direct flight to London or Athens, and take a direct flight to Zakynthos.
FROM NEARBY ISLANDS
For those who are hopping between the Greek islands, ferries from neighbouring island Kefalonia regularly arrive at the nearby port of Agios Nikolaos which is no more than a 15-minute drive to the majority of our villas. Our Concierge service can arrange for your hire car to be picked up there.
