Your Holiday & Covid-19
We are planning to open our villas as planned in 2022. We know from the last two summers that things may change at the drop of a hat and you would like reassurance about your options should Covid-19 restrictions return. The following stipulates what happens in such an event:
For UK Guests
If travel to the country your booked accommodation is located in is made illegal at the date of travel and confirmed by the FCDO on their website, in line with Travel Package Regulations, we will offer you two options if no other reasonable alternative is available. These options are:
- Receive a credit towards a future stay or
- Receive a refund in full
For International Guests
If travel to the country your booked accommodation is located in, is made illegal from your departure country, and confirmed by the corresponding country’s government website, in line with the UK’s Travel Package Regulations, we will offer you two options if no other reasonable alternative is available. These options are:
- Receive a credit towards a future stay or
- Receive a refund in full
All other cancellations are subject to our T&Cs.
