OVERVIEW
Casa degli Ulivi is a traditional trullo-style villa with 5 bedrooms hidden amongst ancient olive and almond groves just outside Ostuni, Puglia’s magical ‘White City’.
Casa degli Ulivi has a Saturday changeover in July and August but is available for shorter 4-night stays outside of this period.
OVERVIEW
Allegra sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and has a Saturday changeover.
This villa is the little sister to neighbouring villa, Livadi. The villas can be taken individually or together, for larger groups.
THE BEDROOMS
There are 5 en-suite biscuit-hued bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people in total. Each bedroom is unique but they are all equally charming with high vaulted stone ceilings.
Bedrooms 1,2 & 3 are located in the main house:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a private terrace with an outdoor bath.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size / twin bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a shared terrace with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 has a king-size / twin bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a shared terrace with bedroom 2. Access to this room is via a separate entrance.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 are located in the grounds with their own private entrances:
Bedroom 4 is inside a traditional trullo with a king-size / twin bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 5 is a self-contained apartment with a king bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and an outdoor kitchenette.
ENTERTAINING AREAS & FACILITIES
All on one floor, spread across the original trullo and main house, this Apulian pad has been given a new lease of life by its owners. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas have been designed with reverence to the past, using handcrafted furniture from local antique markets and farmhouse-style worktops made from stone traditional to the region. The large domed windows flood the space with natural light and allow the interiors to overflow to the surrounding outdoor areas.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
The pool and outdoor areas are where this property really sings. Expect alfresco living areas aplenty with a giant gazebo perfectly crafted for entertaining, decked out with hanging pot plants and rattan globe lights. Spend days sprawled across one of the dreamy poolside daybeds, imported especially from Kenya, before rolling to the cool shade of the gazebo for a long lazy lunch. There’s a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with both a wood burning pizza oven and a BBQ, so you can make the most of the Italian summer soirees.
